Global Express offers a variety of prepaid wireless products to our payment centers. Retailers can offer customers a variety of ways to input more minutes onto the wireless phone.

PREPAID PRODUCT OPTIONS:

• PIN Numbers - The customer pays for a set dollar amount of minutes usually in $10 increments. The trustee enters the amount into the bill pay terminal. The customer is then given a receipt for the amount paid and a PIN number. Customer calls the carrier and enters the PIN number, which activates the minutes.
   
• Top Up - Offered on Boost, Verizon, InPulse, and Telcel. Customer pays an amount from within a range. Boost is $10-$19 or $20-$99; Verizon- InPulse is $15 - $600; Telcel is set amounts of $10, $20; $30; $50. Telcel phones are sold in Mexico, so the minutes will appear on the phone in Mexico.
  
  Merchant inputs the customer's cell phone number into the bill pay terminal and the minutes are automatically added to the phone. The customer receives a receipt but does not have to use a PIN number. This is more convenient because the minutes are automatically put on the phone. Also no PIN number fraud can occur, since there is no PIN number.
   
• Verizon EasyPay - there are two plans, one for $53 and one for $73. Each plan provides a specific amount of peak minutes in a 30 day cycle; 3,000 night & weekend minutes etc. Just like a normal plan. It is almost like a regular plan except no contract and air time. Any benefits expire after 30 days.
